Labor Optimization 2023: Human Resources and Performance at Ferromax, Quevedo

Abstract
This research report addresses Human Resources management and its impact on work performance at the FERROMAX company in the Quevedo canton during the year 2023. The problem was identified, research objectives were established, and a theoretical framework was developed with relevant sources. The hypothesis formulated holds that adequate human resources management will improve work performance in the FERROMAX company in 2023. The main purpose is, after analyzing the results, to implement training workshops on Human Resources Management and Customer Service. These workshops seek to increase the profitability of the company through the proper knowledge of customer service on the part of the employees. The methodology included the collection and processing of information through surveys to employees and the owner of the company FERROMAX. The resulting conclusions and recommendations led to the formulation of a proposal aimed at improving the work performance of employees at FERROMAX. The ultimate goal is to optimize the company's efficiency and profitability through targeted training in key areas.
